  3. I look after a vape shop directory and we have had a listing from a vape store in the United States that additionally offers CBD products. A Month later on, PayPal has written to use to say that our account has been limited and have asked us to take away PayPal as a payment method from our vape store website directory. We do not retail CBD products such as CBD oil. We merely offer promotion and marketing services to CBD firms. I have checked out Holland & Barrett– the UK’s Top Health Retail store and if you take a close look, you will witness that they offer a reasonably wide-ranging variety of CBD products, specifically CBD oil and they also happen to take PayPal as a settlement solution. It emerges that PayPal is administering twos sets of rules to many different firms. Due to this constraint, I can no longer take PayPal on my CBD-related site. This has restricted my payment possibilities and presently, I am intensely dependent on Cryptocurrency payments and direct bank transfers. I have consulted a barrister from a Magic Circle law office in London and they said that what PayPal is undertaking is totally unlawful and discriminatory as it should be applying an uniform benchmark to all companies. I am still to check with one more lawyer from a US law practice in London to see what PayPal’s legal position is in the United States. For the time being, I would be highly appreciative if anybody here at targetdomain could offer me with different payment processors/merchants that work with CBD firms.
